Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Start date: June 2024 - August 2024

Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid working model (2 days a week in office)

The role:

You will be creatively developing and implementing marketing initiatives across a recently launched product range. You will be supporting the development and growth of this category to meet the success of the businesses hero products and develop overall brand awareness. You will work autonomously and with internal teams to drive success of a specific product category and work in a data driven manner to deliver growth.

Responsibilities:

Implement brand strategy and manage annual/seasonal marketing plans with the Senior Product Manager.
Develop digital communications with external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring website content is regularly updated and optimized for search rankings.
Stay updated on consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitors as the skincare category expert.
Collaborate with the product development team on NPD/EPD projects.
Create and implement compelling product claims and messaging across all channels.
Develop digital campaigns with the internal creative team, providing clear briefs.
Use data from the Insights team to inform brand tactics and long-term strategy.
Drive revenue and brand growth across all channels.
Maintain clear and consistent communication across strategic projects.
Manage spend trackers, budgets, POs, and invoices.
Report brand metrics, performance, and project timelines to stakeholders.
Participate in team, project, and external calls.
Complete briefs for internal and external agencies.

Candidate Criteria:

Experience in similar role
Work across multiple disciplines, functions, and channels.
Manage multiple product SKUs.
Think creatively.
Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively at different levels and disciplines.
Manage agencies or third-party partners.
Deliver on brand objectives.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting.
Utilise strong project management and organisational skills.
Operate as a generalist in brand management.
Be a self-starter and self-motivated.
Multitask effectively when needed.
Solve problems efficiently.
