Are you a Site Manager based near the Warwickshire region and looking to work locally? Tired of commuting hours to different parts of the country? An Assistant Site Manager who is ready to step up but not getting progression where you are? Or just looking for a change company wise... I am currently working on behalf of a Regional SME Contractor, who are looking to expand their team with a Site Manager.

They specialise in a plethora of projects including industrial, educational, health care, apartments up to the value of around £20 million.

This company are extremely people orientated, they look to support their staff in any way they can. You will have regular progress and salary reviews, and be working with a close knit company who really value their staff. The majority of the time, they try to promote from within the business, which demonstrates their staff support. They want to work with good people, who work hard on good jobs, with good clients - they are all about lasting relationships.

This role is to support the delivery of projects in the Warwickshire region.

Responsibilities

* Managing the efficient and economical execution of contracts under the main contract conditions, producing the maximum return to the company to promote on-going and future work with clients and consultants.

* Working in conjunction with the Project Manager, ensuring accurate construction whilst maintaining quality and progress.

* Responsible for providing sound advice, guidance and support to the project team throughout pre-construction and construction phases.

* To promote the wellbeing of your teams and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged and achieved.

* Hands on approach, supporting trades where possible.

* Strong Communication skills.

* Person management/Delegation skills.

* A good understanding of the building regulations, local authority agreements.

* A methodical, professional, and collaborative approach .

* Ability to organise your workload.

* Ability to create a positive and organised site.

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

* Hands on mentality
