Excellent opportunity to join a highly established Privately owned Construction company operating throughout the Warwickshire and surrounding areas. They undertake new build and refurbishment works for clients by traditional, design & build and partnering procurement methods. Project values range from £100,000 to £5m.
Schemes include: schools, universities, office developments and distribution centres.

ABOUT THE JOB
Predominantly based in the Warwickshire and surrounding area, the Site Manager will be responsible for all projects assigned to them. In a typical week they will:
* Manage the day to day running of a construction site
* Manage Health, Safety and Environment matters on site
* Programming of projects
* Manage subcontractors
* Order/call off materials
* Liaise with Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor
* Liaise with Client team
* Carry out short term programming
* Prepare and manage RFIs and CSIs
* Site document management
* Manage Temporary Works on site
* Manage and ensure high quality build and finish
* Work with Greendale’s IT systems

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will –
* Have a proven track record for delivering projects on time, to cost and meeting quality criteria.
* Have significant experience at senior site management level.
* Have excellent building knowledge, planning and organisational skills
* Have extensive experience in dealing with client’s, professional teams, subcontractors and a directly employed workforce.
* Experienced of Design and Build projects
* Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative.
* A strong communicator and team player that can demonstrate excellent motivational and communication skills.
* CIOB / HND Construction related qualifications would be advantageous.
* Be IT competent.
* SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid
