Role Overview:

As an Estate Agent / Valuer, you will play a crucial role in the business by valuing properties, advising clients, and negotiating sales.

The bonus? You’ll be eligible for commission from your very first day, without the pressure of building a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations and appraisals, providing accurate and realistic market assessments.

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

List properties for sale, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and effective online presence.

Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the sales process from start to finish.

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to the company’s success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Valuer in the Coventry area.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive and results-driven approach.

Knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.

Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
