Role: Building Maintenance Engineer - MECHANICAL BIAS
Location: Leicestershire / Coventry

Operating for over 30 years, we are a highly established Building Services company offering maintenance services to commercial, residential & industrial clients nationwide.
Due to our ongoing workload and further contract wins, we are recruiting heavily for Engineers to work across our clients sites including healthcare facilities, retail, offices, hotels, and manufacturing sites.
Role:
PPM
Reactive works
Remedials
Emergency lighting
Basic plumbingRequired:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience with HVAC/PLANT
Full UK driving licence
FGAS (desirable)
2391 (desirable)Package:
Base salary £(phone number removed)PA
42.5 hours per week
Overtime available
Travel minus 30 minutes
