Teaching Assistant role:
Position: Teaching Assistant.
Location: Solihull.Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
Experience within a primary setting as a Teaching Assistant.
Ability to provide support in classroom activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities of a Teaching Assistant.
Assist in implementing positive learning within Primary pupils.
Provide one-on-one support to students as and when needed.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback when needed.
Provide the class teacher with support within the general classroom.
