Sales Consultant
Midlands - Solihull
£24,700 plus commission structure
You will be working for a global leader in the innovation, design, manufacture, and distribution of home improvement products They have been established since 1970's and still to this day are a highly regarded and respected supplier worldwide. The Sales Consultant will achieve outstanding sales performance by offering exceptional service to customers. You will play a key role in enhancing and growing the company’s brand across all levels. Personally greeting clients upon entry to the showroom, recommending suitable product ranges based on client specifications and providing clients with detailed and accurate quotations. Within the role you will be handling payments directly from clients, including credit/debit card transactions and answering telephones.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering store sales in line with targets
Actively sell and promote the company’s products at all times
Excel at delivering and growing the brand in the stores local market place Customer Satisfaction
Monitor all customer orders
Ensure customer complaints are dealt with accordingly
Create a team spirit that delivers ownership for the business
Manage your own workload and responsibilities, taking responsibility for your own decisions
Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
Monitor the day-to-day housekeeping standards in the store
Personal Attributes:
Excellent proven People Skills
Smart personal appearance
Clear and positive communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills
Relevant experience with face to face customer sales in a similar environment or possesses the underlying traits to fulfil this role.
Education and Qualifications
Good level of verbal, written and numerical literacy
Desirable applicants have previous Bathroom sales experience
