This role focuses on selling comprehensive end-to-end technical services rather than products, specifically within Central Government and Healthcare sectors. You'll leverage our market-leading pre-sales, bids, marketing, and delivery functions to drive new relationships and opportunities.

We would also consider professionals with experience in the Professional Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence: Sell our full range of services, from discrete engagements to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Campaign Development: Create and execute targeted campaigns to build and sustain new client relationships.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, ongoing business relationships with clients to identify, nurture, and close new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Heads of Practice, Pre-Sales, and Marketing, to develop subject matter expertise and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Account Management: Maintain detailed sales and account plans, progressing opportunities systematically and effectively.
Bid Strategy: Contribute to bid strategies and pre-qualification processes to secure new business.
Stakeholder Engagement: Network and manage stakeholder engagement at various levels within client organisations.What We're Looking For:

Professional Services Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling professional services such as application development, cloud services, IT consultancy, or technology managed services.
Public Sector Expertise: Demonstrable experience and relationships within the public sector, especially in central government or healthcare.
Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of budget cycles, procurement processes, and decision-making in the public sector.
Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Solution-Oriented: Strong ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Sales Acumen: Track record of successful B2B sales, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Presentation Skills: Proficient in presenting complex solutions clearly and convincingly.
Commitment to Success: High motivation and dedication to achieving client success and driving business growth.Key Performance Indicators:

Pipeline Growth: Measure growth in individual client relationship pipeline.
