Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge?

The company you will be working for is a widely recognised Tier 1 Main Contractor. Working on building projects anywhere up to £40m in value, the variety of work here is something to keep you excited. Covering sectors not limited to; new build, refurbishment and associated fit-out works, with particular expertise in MoJ, education, healthcare, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working initially on Healthcare projects across the Staffordshire region, you will play a pivotal role in the businesses continued success. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth management of projects, including cost estimation, budget control, and procurement. With your keen attention to detail and deep understanding of quantity surveying principles, you will contribute to the accurate forecasting and reporting of project finances.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: You should have a proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience within a Tier 1 main contractor environment.
Sector Expertise: Your expertise in the healthcare sector will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our diverse projects.
Project Scale: Your experience handling multi million pound projects will demonstrate your ability to manage complex financial aspects of large-scale projects.
Analytical Skills: Your ability to analyse data, trends, and market insights will contribute to informed decision-making and effective cost management.
Communication: Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Leadership: You will lead a team of quantity surveyors and collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.
