Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Work from home, based Birmingham

Unify are delighted to be recruiting for an Account Manager to join a leading supplier of safety and construction products. Ability to work from home with occasional visits to the office in Walsall.
You will be tasked with identifying, maintaining and developing a portfolio of customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved whilst focusing on key areas for optimal growth.
What do I need?
* A proven track record within a sales environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Organisational and strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of Customer Relation Systems (CRM).
* Good time management and planning skills
Responsibilities:
* Be able to develop relationships with suppliers and manufactures.
* Achieve growth through sales.
* Ensuring customer retention and customer satisfaction
* To record information accurately using the systems and maintain customer CRM records.
Must have:
* Experience working within the Construction, Distribution or Hire industries
