Contract Support Administrator – Warwick – 12 months Maternity - £25-£26k
Working for small busy Company this role is a supporting a contract manager with general all round administration duties. Hybrid Working.
Duties are to maintain computerised job management system, daily processing, engineer reporting, support for customers and keep database updated, create purchase orders, switchboard cover, sorting post, responding to emails HR and financial administration tasks as required.
Candidates will have excellent administration and IT skills, multi-tasking, excellent communication skills and be able to work within a small office with a quiet environment, hybrid working two days at home three in the office, two dogs often visit the office so candidates must be able to accommodate this in their work environment.
