I'm looking for a Multi Trade for a temp to permanent position working on tenanted and void social housing properties around Warwickshire. This role comes with a van and fuel card and a chance of a permanent position after 12 weeks.
The role of the Multi Trade will involve entering empty and tenanted social housing properties carrying out refurbs and repairs to bring the property back to a lettable standard, utilising your skillset, which should include:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Tiling
Patch Plastering
Decorating
Ideally, I want to speak to Multi Trades that have:
Experience in social housing
Full UK Driving Licence (vans will be provided from day one)
and in return, the Multi Trade will receive:
£18- 21ph
Company van and fuel card
Chance of a permanent position after 12 weeks
