On offer is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to work with their cutting edge technologies with top level training, in a business going from strength to strength over the last few years.

In this role, the successful IT Support Technician will be managing devices, dealing with tickets, working on maintaining office systems and general helpdesk work and troubleshooting a range of IT issues for various customers and businesses.

The ideal IT Support Technician will have an interest in working in a local MSP. Have a willingness to learn new skills, have a background in IT, good communication skills and willing to work in a team collaboratively.

The Role:

Installing, maintaining and supporting windows desktops. Windows servers and office software
Maximising network performance by monitoring performance and troubleshooting desktops
Managing devices and projectsThe Person:

Prior experience working in an IT Support role
A good communicator
