£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance (Depending on experience)
An opportunity to join a fit-out contractor who deliver high end bespoke fit out projects in the restaurent and bar industry. Now in their 20th year of business they want a Project Manager to join them as they continue to grow.
This company has a great reputation and deliver excellent projects from £50k up to £3M in value.
The Role
Responsible for managing contracts of varying values
Project locations across the UK
A sound knowledge and understanding of JCT contracts, and demonstrable experience of running interior fit out works contracts
Client facing role, including chairing of client/progress meetings
Knowledge and understanding programming & procurement of fit-out projects
The role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is critical
Attend progress meetings
Compilation of contractor's report
Health & Safety on site
Procurement of site materials & labour resources
The Person
Experience of management of restaurent or bar fit out projects
Relevant qualifications ie, Trade Certificates, Site Management, First Aid Asbestos Awareness
