Job Description: We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start. As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children's development, and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
Support children's individual learning and development needs.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).What We Offer:
