Role: Marketing Executive– Remote with travel to the office in Huddersfield 1 day per month

Salary: up to 30k Per annum

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our multi-award winning team. With aspirations to become the UK’s number one legal services provider, our newest Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving our growth in a creative and engaging way.

If you’re an enthusiastic, self-motivated, competent professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong willingness to learn and develop, then you’ll be a great addition to our team.

Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of social media, marketing, digital and public relations experience along with excellent planning, organisational, creative and copywriting skills. Within the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of agreed activities across B2B and B2C on-and-offline activities and campaigns, social and digital content, as well as supporting the team to develop and deliver marketing and PR campaigns. Measuring the return on investment of activities and campaigns will be key to you continuing to learn and build on your successes.   

You will have experience working in a marketing role, ideally incorporating B2B and B2C activities.

Main duties include:

B2B Marketing

Support B2B marketing campaigns that include panel law firm retention and recruitment and suggest campaign initiatives
Conduct market research to support B2B marketing campaigns
Produce marketing communications and collateral for both online and print campaigns
Copywriting for social, email sequences and landing pages
Support the creation and delivery of annual industry White Paper
Support the creation and delivery of annual State of the Markey survey
Build and distribute quarterly newsletter, monitoring open rates and CTRs and delivering A/B testing plans
Support delivery of B2B in-person and online events such as conferences, round tables and exhibitions
Manage and maintain B2B customer relationship management tool as required for B2B marketing campaigns
Social media (B2B and B2C)

Run all organic social media channels (B2C and B2B) to enhance audience engagement and maintain active social media profiles including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
Generate written and creative (graphic) content for social media including for our Managing Director’s LinkedIn account and actively utilise social media to spread key messages
Management of boosted social posts for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Develop social media content to showcase the service levels delivers
Proactively work with our senior management team encouraging them to engage with LinkedIn content posted on group and our Managing Director’s account to maximise reach
Identify proactive (calendar hooks / planned events) and reactive (breaking news) opportunities, that provide content to post about on social
Recommend new and innovative ways to employ social media to increase followers and engagement
Monitoring social comments (daily) to protect the reputation of our client online
Dealing with social media orientated enquiries and passing them to the relevant department
Digital (B2C and B2B websites)

Produce, edit and curate content articles for our B2B Join the Panel website ensuring themes are creative and relevant
Maintain and update relevant information on the B2B website
Source customer reviews and develop case studies quarterly to be published on the B2C and B2B websites
Manage and deliver video content, where relevant
Monitoring online comments to protect the reputation of our client online
Monitor and manage Trustpilot reviews (daily), responding to negative feedback and passing reviews to the relevant department
Public Relations

Support PR campaigns and proactively suggest initiatives that get people talking positively about our client to raise overall brand awareness across all media: national, regional, online and social

Conduct market research to support PR campaigns and use the findings to assist with campaigns and content
Researching, writing and distributing content and creative campaigns to targeted media
Being up-to-date on the latest news stories to identify content and PR opportunities
Daily round up of relevant industry and consumer news that could be useful for the business
Sharing 5 star Trustpilot and Google Reviews weekly with relevant teams and delivering internal competition and rewards scheme
Evaluation and reporting

Evaluate and review digital and social content to make sure the correct mediums and content topics are being used and are effective
Track digital and social performance and return on investment and prepare monthly and yearly social media and content reports for management to monitor progress
Monitor and report on competitor digital and social activity and PR campaigns
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

Experience in a similar role
Strong copywriting skills and a creative flair for creating written content and graphics for social, digital and print
Experience of managing multiple social media platforms and social management tools
Hands on experience of online and print communications and marketing campaigns
Experience of managing social media platforms
