The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a dedicated provider who operate across the UK, with a portfolio inclusive of nursing, residential and residential dementia care for elderly residents. The group are now looking to expand the team and add a motivated Home Manager into a lovely care home based in Leeds.
This role joins a care home providing nursing and residential care, with lovely internal running and a staff team that offer fantastic support to residents. Quality care is paramount for each resident, with the manager expected to promote person-centred care across the board. Full autonomy of the home will be encouraged, with the provider offering guidance where needed.
Main responsibilities will include; meeting quality and compliance standards with robust care plans and medication management. Adhering to budgets and building on the relationships built within the local community. Offering training and leadership to junior staff members, encouraging their continued development.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience as a Home Manager within a nursing care home and be able to evidence their previous success; be that through CQC reports, increasing occupancy or reducing agency usage. They will be passionate about care, hold a visible and hands-on management style and be keen to work with the provider.

The role is commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, Castleford, Wetherby, Huddersfield, Pudsey, Garforth, Otley, Dewsbury and Normanton.
