Our client is looking for an Office Junior to support with administration and be trained in Credit control.

The role:
Duties and Responsibilities of the role
Personal Lines and Commercial Sales
* Managing & distributing all incoming and outgoing post.
* Photocopying, filing, scanning company documents.
* Taking minutes in meetings.
* Help company employees with email correspondence.
* Support office employees with scheduled refreshments. (Teas & Coffees)
* Support Managing Director with document preparation, formatting, and editing/General admin duties.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
* To be able to input information accurately and confidently into quote engines and Acturis within a specified time frame.
* Adhere to all business policies and procedures and ensure compliance with FCA regulations across all business activities.
* To confidently communicate with colleagues and Insurance Companies to gather information.
Operations
* Support all employees of the business in all matters of personal lines and small commercial lines administration and when required.
* Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all business activities in line with business requirements, policies, and procedures and FCA regulatory compliance.
* Actively encourage and engage in improvements that can made to the operations of the business as and when required.
* Confident in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Undertake any other activities as requested by the management team as and when required.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work using your own initiative.
* Expert communicator and collaborator, with exceptional client care skills
* An incredible eye for detail with an ability to think outside the box.
