Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company with a strong presence across the Yorkshire region. They are now looking to take on City and Guilds / WMSoc qualified Legionella Risk Assessor. The successful candidate will be covering Yorkshire, working on Healthcare, Educational, Industrial, Commercial, and Leisure sites carrying out legionella risk assessments, producing detailed legionella reports and legionella management plans, ensuring that any recommendations are implemented in a timely manner. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Barnsley, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Huddersfield, Halifax, Garforth, Pontefract.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold an industry relevant qualification e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Experience working hands on as a risk assessor for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Able to prioritise workload in line with company and client needs.
" Excellent communication skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out legionella risk assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
" Carrying out work in line with site specific schematic drawings.
" Providing clients with detailed legionella reports based on site findings.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent technical support, advice, and site-specific legionella management plans, ensuring they are implemented.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
