Hours of work, salary and benefits:
* 20 hours per week - flexible working pattern Monday to Friday
* Hyrbid working available
* £45,000 - £50,000 pro-rata

As Marketing Manager, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:
* Devising an effective marketing strategy for the business
* Taking overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
* Developing and refining compelling copy for diverse marketing platforms and materials
* Creating sales documents, newsletters and e-mail marketing
* Manging organic and paid social media content and ads for various channels
* Overseeing and updating the company website and driving SEO to generate new leads
* Implementing inbound lead generation marketing
* Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and analytics
* Communicating marketing objectives to colleagues throughout business
* Managing allocated marketing budget while reporting on cost effectiveness of marketing activities
We're looking for a Marketing Manager with the following skills and experience:
* Extensive prior experience in a similar standalone all-round marketing manager / co-ordination role
* Experience of managing a variety of social media channels, as well as website maintenance, email and CRM marketing
* IT proficient, with good knowledge of MS Office, Social Media tools and CRM systems (ideally Hubspot)
* Good working knowledge of PPC, SEO and Google Analytics
* Creative thinker with ability to generate new ideas
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Enjoys working collaboratively and demonstrates a positive, friendly and can-do approach
