Requirements
What you’ll do:
Maintain and clean CRM database
Research segmented client types (Account Based Marketing approach) and provide guidance to Sales Team
Support Sales Team with nurture program for MQLs
Direct outbound comms (email, phone, social) to prospects
Qualify prospects using SigTech qualification process
Own outbound campaigns
Author blog posts
Learn sales process
Marketing support and coordination for sales-related activities
Segment client contact research and augment database
Assist with sales & marketing events (webinars, conferences, client & user council, etc.)
What you’ll need to succeed:
2 plus years’ progressive and relevant experience in a similar role in Finance, SaaS or Fintech sectors
Proven track record in Inside Sales
The ability to thrive in an unstructured fast growth environment and to work autonomously
Creative problem solving and attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage and meet deadlines – once you take ownership of something, you “own” it and will do what it takes to deliver
Excellent written and verbal skills – you are an active communicator, and your stakeholders are always kept informed
Great to haves:
Previous experience in fintech start-ups and/or fast growth scale-ups
Knowledge of Hedge Funds/Asset Managers
