PSQ Productions' partnership program with the LA County Fair, Passport to Savings, is seeking motivated and energetic sales representatives to sell and distribute coupon books at the LA County Fair. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the country's largest fairs!
The seller position is responsible for selling the Passport to Savings coupon books during all 16 days of the Los Angeles County Fair.
This is a part time seasonal position so we are looking for candidates who are available the majority, if not all, of the 16 days of the Los Angeles County Fair. This position will be scheduled weekdays, weeknights and weekends (Thurs - Sun). Days off for this position are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday excluding Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.
Pitch, present, and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales and profitability.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Regularly report on sales activities, results, and pipeline status to the sales manager and team.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
Must possess basic math/computer skills and have the ability to handle money
Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation to the Pomona Fairplex
Must have the ability to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to work the majority of fair dates and arrive on time
A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process
