Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Digital Management Supervisor at (url removed) is pivotal in leading web development initiatives, particularly in ensuring excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction. A core focus is on supporting (url removed) model pages and providing leadership in the CG space, particularly in visualizers.
Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with Lexus Digital Marketing Clients, overseeing their business projects, and managing multiple initiatives concurrently. The supervisor plays a key role in articulating the agency's perspective on solutions, offering innovative ideas that align with clients' goals while supporting the enhancement of (url removed)'s model pages and advancing visualizers within the CG space. This requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, web development, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The senior point of contact and strategic partner a large (url removed) initiative, and potentially other Toyota projects/clients. Also, a senior/primary point of contact for internal Team One teams and ITx (Toyota’s IT division); this person will work closely with clients to identify and support project needs and business objectives
Partner with Idea Production (producers) to lead cross-functional teams (technology, creative/UX, delivery, analytics, production, etc.) to achieve client’s goals on web development projects
Partner with other Account teams to ensure strategic alignment & proper integration of marketing efforts across channels
Responsible for excellence in delivery of projects, products, and services to Lexus clients
Responsible for supporting strategic growth of the Lexus digital business
Responsible for mentorship and training of digital Idea Management talent 
Responsible for supporting annual scope planning, as well as ongoing fiscal solvency on in-scope and out-of-scope work
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing strategic client relationships
Automotive category experience a plus, but not required
Enterprise technology and/or web development experience preferred, but not required
Proven ability to manage large and complex web projects
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus
Ability to partner with technical, creative, and strategy experts to achieve results
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree is required
LEADERSHIP ABILITIES:
Ability to work autonomously and/or lead 1- to 2-junior-level account team members, including training, coaching and inspiring them toward successful outcomes. This person must be highly-organized, with a charismatic and adaptable communication style. Ability to lead clients as strategic advisor, fostering appetite for, and approval of, game-changing programs and ideas.
