Highly respected general contractor is looking for a Construction Project ManagerWITHFEDERAL CONTRACTING EXPERIENCE ON FEDERAL INSTALLATIONS. NAVFAC, USACE or other federal construction experience is required. Projects consist of renovation and ground up vertical construction facilities ranging between $30M-$300M. Design Build experience preferred.
Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project. Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
You must have 5-7 years of experience as lead project manager on projects in excess of $15M. Bachelors degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
Compensation: $100-$150K/year, depending on experience. Bonus potential, car allowance, benefit package to include healthcare.
