Internal Auditor

Join our client's team as an Internal Auditor and be a part of a dynamic and growing company! Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our client's internal audit team. As an Internal Auditor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing valuable audit services to a wide range of industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas of risk, and provide recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide valuable insights to help drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations
Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Review financial statements, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve business processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure audit processes are in compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related field
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
High level of integrity and ethical conduct
