Deal directly with customer either by phone,or face to face . Have a memorized knowledge,know how to account,handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints .smile both over the phone and when face to face with all customers,greet each customer with smile welcome to dominos,help in prep boxes, no cell phone use or texting food product, remove garbage,clean sweep and help help to keep the store front and back,included parking lot,side walk., maintain a friendly, courteous attitude,speed is inside the store ! customer are impressed with efficiency and enthusiasm and hustle,. training - orientation and training provided on the job as the world's largest pizza delivery company,domino's pizza is recognized all over the world and every neaboirhood .to keep that recognition positive, we emphasize the importance of excellent image, we understand that our image is reflect in our appearance as well as our product and service . a dominos pizza team member should portrays the same image where on the global he or she is seen.rememeber we are looking for who are : positive attitude.
