Senior Manager – CFO Services, Family Office Accounting

Job Description
Financial Reporting and Record Keeping:
Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions, including the recording of lease agreements in accordance with accounting standards.
Ensure that financial reports comply with accounting principles and regulatory requirements if needed.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation and revision of annual budgets.
Analyze financial data to forecast future financial performance.
Provide insights that help in strategic planning and resource allocation.
Investment Monitoring and Analysis:
Track the performance of investments and assess financial results.
Prepare detailed reports on investment performance for stakeholders.
Cash Management:
Oversee cash flows, manage bank accounts, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
Handle transactions and cash management strategies to maximize financial efficiency.
Internal Controls and Processes:
Develop and maintain internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.
Review and improve financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and integrity.
Create and manage effective workflows to streamline operations and enhance the accuracy of financial reporting.
Management Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare and present financial information and investment reports to family members, board members, or other stakeholders.
Develop management reports that provide essential insights into operational performance, financial status, and strategic progress.
Ensure transparency and clarity in financial reporting to assist stakeholders in making informed decisions.
Tax Planning and Compliance:
Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
Prepare or assist in preparing tax returns and documentation for tax matters.
Implement tax strategies to optimize the financial position of the family office.
