Job Description
This is a hybrid position Monday through Friday 930am to 6pm MST, 1-2 days a week at the Provo, UT location or as it might be needed. 
The primary responsibility of this position will be to execute the daily calling plan and guide the Phone Center Leads towards meeting all daily objectives.  This role will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and ensuring all teams are meeting their goals.  Direct Reports: Phone Center Leads and Phone Center Survey Representatives. 
Ensure daily goals are assigned appropriately and quotas are met.
Distribute work based on daily staffing.
Develop and Coach Phone Center Staff.
Manage processes that measure employee performance and address employee issues.
Coach and develop Phone Center Leads and representatives.
Assist Phone Center leaders with strategic projects as needed.
