Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategic Programs to join our team and oversee strategic aspects of our organizational initiatives.
Must be a US Citizen
The Director of Strategic Programs will work directly with the executive team to lead growth activities and oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of programs/projects. As a Strategic Programs Director, you will be responsible for:
Researching, planning, developing, and implementing programs that align with the strategic objectives of the organization and the needs of the clients.
Lead and execute strategic growth activities against a well-defined opportunity pipeline focused on Army IT Systems, including capture and proposal.
Managing the budget, resources, and operations of the programs, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Evaluating the performance and impact of programs and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Communicating effectively with leadership, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Providing accurate and timely reports and presentations.
