About the Microsoft 365 Developer Role:
Join our client, a leading innovator in the technology space, as a Microsoft 365 Developer. You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge collaboration solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform. This is an opportunity to utilize your expertise in the Microsoft identity platform, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Framework, and Microsoft Power Platform to build custom applications that enhance productivity and streamline workflows for organizations.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and maintain Microsoft 365 applications and solutions optimized for productivity and collaboration.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Create wireframes and click-through prototypes to secure early buy-in from stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert on SharePoint Online features and custom development.
Identify opportunities for process improvement using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Stay up-to-date on new Microsoft 365 features and deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in application development, software engineering, or systems engineering.
5+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft developer implementing custom applications.
5+ years of experience developing custom SharePoint Online solutions, web parts, and sites.
3+ years of JavaScript Framework experience (React, Handlebars, Angular, Node.js, etc.).
3+ years of experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
2+ years of experience developing custom Microsoft solutions using UI elements (Fluent UI, Office UI Fabric).
2+ years of experience developing custom Microsoft solutions using integration points (Office Add-ins, SharePoint Framework, Actionable Messages).
3+ years of experience with REST API and Microsoft Graph.
3+ years of experience with developer tools (NPM, TypeScript, Yeoman, Webpack, Gulp).
3+ years of experience with PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
