Hyde is looking to recruit a Salesforce Senior Developer.

As a Salesforce Senior Developer at Hyde, you will be working within the Salesforce team to develop, integrate, test, and maintain features in the Hyde Salesforce and Contact Centre platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce Development Team.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the Salesforce Development Team, including engagement, coaching, and performance management.

* Prioritize and plan the team’s workload and manage associated tasks.

* Provide training and support to equip individuals with appropriate business knowledge and skills.

* Translate user stories into functional software within the Salesforce environment following best practices.

* Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality.

* Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing.

* Actively participate in meetings with representatives from the business and other IT colleagues.

* Collaborate with development scrum teams and other IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process including monitoring, deployment, and support.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Strong experience as a Salesforce developer, preferably in a senior role.

* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (essential).

* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).

* People management skills including engagement, coaching, and performance management.

* Prior experience in prioritizing and planning workload for a development team.

* Ability to translate user stories into actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
