Position: Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
