Basic £34,000 - £36,000 (pro rata for part-time and dependent on relevant experience)

Permanent, Part-time

TRIP are working with a long established Solicitors seeking a part-time permanent General Litigation Solicitor for their offices in Stalybridge (SK15).

Established for over forty years the three owners of Thompson & Cooke Ltd have a combined 100+ years’ experience in agricultural, consumer, healthcare, retail, financial and property services sectors

Duties

Develop and maintain current and new client relationships
Providing legal advice to clients, explaining such in an understandable manner
Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documents
Representing clients in Court/instruct Barristers when necessary

Requirements

Qualified Solicitors with at least 2 years Litigation experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage own caseload

Office based role – Office Hours 9-5pm – 3 days per week

Salary dependent upon relevant experience.
