At O'Neill and Brennan, we have over 30 years of industry excellence and are excited to expand our Cambridge presence. We're searching for a dynamic Recruitment Labourer Manager to join our recruitment team and contribute to our continued success.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on blue-collar construction recruitment, particularly freelance opportunities. As part of our Cambridge office, you'll manage candidate generation, build rapport with operatives, and ensure compliance. You'll be equipped with jobs ready to hit the ground running and play a part in our strategic growth plans.
Responsibilities:

Liaising with operatives and account managers to match candidates to roles.
*
Updating and managing our database and hiring tools.
*
Ensuring operatives comply with HMRC and CSCS regulations.
*
Handling client communications regarding timesheets and inquiries.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills.
*
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and our in-house system (training provided).
*
A clean driving licence and willingness to travel between sites (company car provided).
*
A self-motivated team player eager to learn and grow with us.
