Tenancy Visiting Officer (Inventory)

Salary £32,709 Per Annum + Benefits and Mileage Allowance
Permanent, Full Time
37 hours per week (Monday – Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)
Thrive Homes is looking for a Tenancy Visiting Officer (Inventory) to carry out home plan visits to complete inventories, monitor tenancies and the condition of the home.

Other Responsibilities:
*
Carry out home visits - monitor tenancies and check the condition of the home
*
Complete inventories
*
Book and monitor follow up works and actions and complete associated administration.
*
Identify and escalate support requirements to the appropriate support channel e.g. sustainment and intervention.
*
Manage the ‘relationship’ between Thrive and our customers focussing on managing expectations, behaviours and adherence to contractual / tenancy obligations.
*
Carry out estate inspections to check cleaning, grounds maintenance, identify repairs and hazards such as fly tipping or bulky waste.
*
Undertake ‘flick testing’ to the communal lighting through the blocks.
*
Collaboration and support across the team and business to ensure resolution of issues are achieved.
Please note you will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.
Properties are located generally within an hour of Hemel Hempstead and your visits will be grouped by area.

You can demonstrate a track record of delivery against our key deliverables or a foundation on which can be built to fulfil the full brief.

We are flexible in how you have achieved your skills and experience, through education or through worked experience.

Your ability to role model our core behaviours is as important as technical expertise.

You must be able to support a culture founded in trust and respect for everyone.

Full Driving License and use of a vehicle

Be self motivated
Any housing experience would be advantageous but not essential to the role.
