Support Worker / Care Worker

A support worker is required for split / fixed shifts for a residential care home that houses Vulnerable and Disabled Adults
Main Duties will involve assisting the patients, feeding and requested duties , shopping, park visits and daily excursions
This position if successful will lead to a permanent position and contract after 10 weeks
Daily shifts are either 6am till 2pm or 2pm till 10pm
