Competitive Salary: Between £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience with the potential to earn substantial bonuses based on performance. Achieve turnover targets and receive a £350 monthly bonus (paid out 11 out of 12 months last year).

About the Role:
Our client specialises in scaffolding packages, working with housing and commercial construction clients. They handle projects ranging from £10k to £1 million, predominantly in the Midlands.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Estimating: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for scaffolding projects, ensuring all components and labour costs are considered.
* Tendering: Manage the tender process, including reviewing tender documents, preparing tender submissions, and negotiating with clients and suppliers.
* Cost Management: Monitor project costs, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets to ensure projects remain financially viable.
* Project Management: Oversee the progress of scaffolding projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
* Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and project timelines.
* Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project delivery.
* Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
* Solid experience in estimating or quantity surveying within the scaffolding or residential construction sector.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
* Proven track record of managing scaffolding projects, preferably with a background in residential construction or as a scaffolding subcontractor
