Role: Account Manager
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000
Located: Sheffield
Benefits:
* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (5 of the 25 days are to be allocated for the Christmas break and 20 to be used throughout the year (Jan-Dec))

The role:
This position would be a mix of two job roles, the main portion is to work alongside colleagues, engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable briefs for our external creative partners to produce the required marketing POS/assets for their campaigns and/or promotions. These can range from a specific venue to nationwide campaigns/promotions. This will include day to day responsibilities such as; client interaction - via email, telephone, teams and in-person communications, working with suppliers, sales administration, and organisation of the client’s accounts.
The second portion of the position would be in line with the other side of the business, which would be selling branded merchandise. This will include day to day responsibilities such as; client interaction - via email, telephone, teams and potentially in-person communications, and sales administration. There will be a list of clients who have enquired and/or ordered previously. To develop and grow the list, cold calling would be required to entice new business.
The successful candidate:
* Sales experience - desirable
* Microsoft office experience – particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook - essential
* Marketing background – either studied or work experience – essential.
* Communication skills
* Organisational skills
* Time-management
* Work proactively and adapt well to a fast passed environment.
* Eye for detail
* Embrace new challenges daily.
* Comfortable with outbound calling
* Copy writing.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
