Dunbar Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school based in Towcester.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a dedicated teaching team. The successful Year 3 Teacher will be passionate about education, knowledgeable about the Year 3 curriculum, and committed to fostering an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of Year 3 pupils.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes pupil participation and collaboration.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate academic growth.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each child's overall development.
Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching at the primary level, ideally in Year 3.
Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
