Senior AWS DevOps Engineer (Gaming) - Fully Remote - £80,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary + Excellent Benefits
Overview:
Our client, a leading Gaming organisation in the UK are growing out their platform teams due to continued growth. We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the DevOps transformation for the organisation.
Build and set up new development tools, infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on Cloud Platforms.
Troubleshoot, and execute virtualization and integration strategies while focusing on security, reliability and scalability of the solution.
Analyse current architecture and suggest potential enhancements.
Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible.
Ensure systems are safe against cybersecurity threats.
Provide mentorship to developers across the department.
Technical Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps EngineerDeveloper, with a strong focus on AWS, Terraform, and EKS.
Extensive hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and microservices architecture.
Experience working with Kubernetes
Experience using and maintaining various CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps or TeamCity.
Experience deploying software products across multiple platforms.
Proficient with git and git workflows.
AWS certifications
Excellent code design and architecture skills with ability to design and create maintainable systems.
Package:
£80k-£100k Basic Salary.
