Overview:

This is a great opportunity for a Project manager to join one of the Largest and fastest growing contractors in the Northwest. My Client is what you'd call a High Rise Residential specialists in the Northwest and are well known for there landmark projects in the region.

They have a secured pipeline of work for the next 10 years with projects starting all over the Greater Manchester area so now is a great time for a Project Manager to join there team.

Responsibilities:
Help Lead and oversee the successful execution of the high-rise residential project from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and refine project plans, scope, and specifications.
Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery.
Monitor and assess project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise to keep the project on track.
Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
Facilitate effective communication among project team members, ensuring everyone is well-informed and working cohesively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Remuneration Package:

- Upto £80,000 Basic salary
- Car allowance or company car on offer
- Upto 28 days annual leave
