About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee our Supported Living services for individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Autism in Manchester. This role involves managing a team, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering an environment that promotes the well-being and development of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review individual care plans, ensuring they meet the needs and aspirations of service users.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation align with service needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of service users, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

Registered Manager with CQC registration.
Proven experience in managing supported living services for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Budget management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
Experience in strategic planning and service development.
Knowledge of local and national policies related to Learning Disabilities and Autism.
