We are looking to recruit an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to take over the leadership of this small, settled home in St Helens.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee the day to day leadership of the home
* Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with regulations
* Supporting the Young People withing the service to achieve positive outcomes
* Leading and managing teams
About you
* At least 2 years’ experience in managing a children’s residential home
* Qualified to Level 5 within Children’s and Young People (or equivalent/working towards)
* Open to a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to take their next step into Registered Manager
* Experience with Emotional Behavioural Disorders
A fantastic salary is on offer for this role of up to £50,000 plus bonus, as well as other great benefits.
A driving license and own car is essential for this role.
