A growing business is seeking a Web Development Team Lead with proven experience of leading a team and developing, implementing and maintaining software solutions using PHP and JavaScript while showcasing strong customer service skills.

As Web Development Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Managing, motivating, and supporting the team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise level web applications and software solutions to support business requirements;
Leading on architectural decisions and investigating, evaluating, and advocating for the future technical direction of the team and their output;
Mentoring other developers to ensure consistency of the team’s skillsets;
Fostering an environment of innovation by actively involving yourself in development projects, working as part of a team to produce enterprise level web applications;
Being a visible part of the web development team, providing expert advice and strategic insights during the formation of projects and their subsequent delivery;
Working on back-end, front-end and other associated technologies to build and maintain software products;
Participating in full life cycle software development and implementation, managing user experiences and coordinating with stakeholders from the identification of initial user requirements and design to the completion of timely, fully functional systems;
Implementing and maintaining a strong testing framework to ensure the reliability and quality of developed software;
Maintaining rigorous security standards to ensure our systems are robust and recover quickly from any disruptions;
Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Recommending and implementing new technologies and tools to improve development processes;
