Description
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be dealing with incoming calls from customers who are enquiring about the health care insurance services the business offers you will be dealing with the sales process from start to finish ensuring a high level of care and support.
You will be following up from enquiries and web submissions that come into the business and retaining existing customers.
Please note this is sales through service and no cold calling!
Profile
Previous customer service and sales experience ideally within a Contact Centre however the business can be open!
A confident telephone manner
Able to builb instant relationships and really get to know customers
Empathetic and supportive
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to work in a busy environment and prioritise work accordingly
