In the role of Member Support Advisor your duties will include:

* Responding to customer problems, enquiries and complaints via live chat, email, and phone.

* Investigate fully all enquiries, complaints, and problems before resolution

* Ensure high customer service standards high and are maintained

* Work with other areas to stay updated on product knowledge

* Ensuring internal procedures are followed when dealing all enquiries and complaints

* Identifying customer’s needs

* To ensure all allocated daily tasks are completed in full by the end of each working day.

To be considered for the role of Member Support Advisor you will need the following:

* Must be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis with other members of the team (these can range from 08.00am to 23.00pm on a 7 hours per day basis).

* Great customer service manner

* KYC experience essential

* The ability to turn around a negative customer experience into a positive conversation

* Confident manner

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

* Great attention to detail

* Works well under pressure

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

* Good IT skills

* Open and responsive problem-solving skills

This is a full time permanent role, working Monday – Friday 35 hours per week, working remotely at home. With a salary of £22,500.00, then increasing to £24,150.00 once fully trained
