Our client is a well established business in the sustainability sector and they are now looking to recruit a fully qualified Management Accountant to join the growing head office finance team in Warwick.
This is a highly varied role working closely with the Head of Finance and your typical duties will cover:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts (including, preparation of month end journals; preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements; and monthly balance sheet reconciliations).
* Preparing periodic financial statements, including departmental analysis, forecasts, budgets, cash analysis, variance analysis and commentaries.
* Regular bespoke client reporting.
* Maintenance of accounting processes and procedures.
* Cash flow management and forecasting.
* Fixed Asset maintenance and reporting.
* Support with the review and sign off of payroll.
* Implementation and improvement of strong internal controls.
* Act as a conduit for both internal and external audits.
* Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers.
* Support the Head of Finance in the management and development of the finance team and provide cover as required.
