Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to make a difference in education? GSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Psychology Teacher to join our client school in Doncaster.

Job Summary:

Unqualified Psychology Teacher will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring students remain on task and continue their learning during the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classes across all key stages during teacher absences.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
Support the Psychology department with various administrative and teaching tasks.
Assist with the planning and execution of psychology-related activities and projects.
Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
The successful candidate will:

A degree in Psychology or a related field (required).
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
A proactive and flexible approach to work..
