Graduate Recruitment Consultant
£30,000 - £45,000 OTE

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team in our office in Preston city centre. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, is ambitious and has a strong work ethic. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by success and financial rewards.
At Akton Resourcing we have very rewarding incentives in place for our employees. We have an unmatched commission structure which is uncapped and offers up to 40% on GP.
Our office is located centrally and enjoys great public transport links. We have an open plan office space and encourage a vibrant and electrifying working environment. Early finishes with a quick drink are a regular occurrence on a Friday.

Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Self motivated
Ability to thrive in a target driven environment
Keen to succeed
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
Committed professional with the ability to manage workloads effectively.You will be responsible for sourcing new roles and new candidates. You must be a driven self-starter as this is the tough part of the job.
There is no getting away from it; recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target.
