Competitive and Clear Pay Rates
Monday to Friday day shift : £31.10 per hour
Saturday day shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday day shift : £49.75 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Saturday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday night shift : £49.75 per hour
Bank Holiday : £49.75 per hour
Responsbilities:
⦁ Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
⦁ Monitor patients' conditions closely, identifying any changes or abnormalities and intervening promptly as needed.
⦁ Develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs, collaborating with the healthcare team to establish goals and interventions.
⦁ Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and families, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance throughout the healthcare journey.
⦁ Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights are respected within the healthcare system.
Requirements:
⦁ NMC registration and PIN
⦁ A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
⦁ Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
⦁ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
⦁ Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
